ProLaunchKit Refund Policy

At ProLaunchKit, we want you to feel confident investing in your launch. Because your purchase includes custom design deliverables and website production, resources are allocated once your intake form is submitted. The guidelines below explain when refunds are available.

1. Production Start

Production officially begins when:

  • Your intake form is fully submitted

  • Required content has been received

  • Work has started on any included deliverable, including your wordmark logo, Canva design assets, or website build

Once production begins, time and creative resources are actively allocated to your project.

2. Full Refund Eligibility

Before Production Begins

You may request a full refund if:

  • Your intake form has not been submitted

  • Production has not started

  • Your request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase

After 14 days without intake submission, orders may be closed at our discretion.

After Production Begins

Once your intake form has been submitted and work has started on any included deliverable:

  • Refunds are no longer available

  • The project proceeds through the structured workflow

Because ProLaunchKit is a bundled custom digital service (logo, Canva assets, and website), all sales are final once production begins.

3. Revision Requirement

If you are not satisfied during the initial delivery stage, we ask that you allow:

  • One structured revision round (included in your package)

Most concerns are resolved through clarification and revision within scope.

Refunds are not issued due to preference-based changes or requests outside the structured workflow.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued if:

  • Final website has been delivered

  • Canva design files (logo, business card, templates) have been delivered or accessed

  • The site has been transferred or published

  • The included revision round has been completed

  • More than 14 days have passed since production began

5. Client Inactivity

Active participation is required to complete your project.

If a client does not respond, submit required materials, or provide feedback for 20 consecutive calendar days, the project may be marked as complete due to inactivity.

Before marking a project complete, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you.

If marked complete:

  • Work completed up to that point will be delivered as-is

  • No additional revisions will be provided

  • The project becomes non-refundable

6. Post-Delivery Changes

After final delivery:

  • Additional structural edits

  • New page requests

  • Feature expansions

Are considered outside the original scope and may require additional fees or enrollment in ProLaunchCare.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without contacting support first:

  • Service may be immediately terminated

  • Access to files or support may be suspended

  • Associated recovery and processing fees may be pursued

We encourage clients to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns quickly and professionally.

8. How Refunds Are Processed

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

All refund decisions are documented for transparency.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible), email:

Include:

  • Your full name

  • Order details

  • Brief explanation

We aim to respond within 3 business days.
