ProLaunchKit Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of ProLaunchKit, a structured website launch service operated by COLORS Design, a design studio based in the United States.

By purchasing or using ProLaunchKit, you agree to these Terms, along with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Service

ProLaunchKit is a streamlined brand and website launch system designed to help founders and businesses launch efficiently and professionally.

Your purchase includes:

  • Website build on Squarespace

  • Structured layout and formatting of submitted content

  • Page organization and design implementation

  • Custom wordmark logo

  • Business card design file delivered via Canva

  • Quote and/or social media templates delivered via Canva

  • One structured revision round

  • Delivery within the stated timeline

ProLaunchKit does not include:

  • Full brand strategy or positioning workshops

  • Custom illustration or advanced logo systems beyond the included wordmark

  • Advanced development or custom coding outside scope

  • Domain purchase

  • Marketing or advertising management

  • Ongoing website management unless enrolled in ProLaunchCare

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

  • Submit accurate and complete information

  • Provide all required content via the intake form

  • Connect your own domain (guidance provided)

  • Maintain an active Squarespace subscription to keep your website live

Delivery timelines begin once:

  • Payment is confirmed

  • The intake form is fully submitted

Delays in content submission may delay project completion.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are:

  • Paid upfront via Stripe

  • Subject to the Refund Policy

  • Processed securely through third-party payment providers

ProLaunchKit does not store credit card information.

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery: 7 business days
Rush delivery: 48 hours (if selected)

Timelines begin after payment confirmation and completed intake submission.

Delivery timelines may extend due to incomplete submissions or client delays.

6. Revisions

One structured revision round is included with each ProLaunchKit purchase.

Additional revisions, structural changes, new pages, or feature expansions beyond scope may require an additional fee.

7. ProLaunchCare

ProLaunchCare is an optional monthly subscription that provides ongoing support and maintenance.

If ProLaunchCare is canceled:

  • Ongoing support ends

  • The client assumes responsibility for managing the website

Squarespace hosting fees are separate and required to keep your website active.

8. Client Inactivity

If required materials, feedback, or communication are not received for 20 consecutive calendar days, the project may be marked complete due to inactivity.

Before marking a project complete, reasonable attempts will be made to contact you.

Once marked complete:

  • Work completed up to that point will be delivered as-is

  • No further revisions will be provided

  • The project becomes non-refundable

If you wish to continue at a later time, a new purchase may be required.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide.

ProLaunchKit and COLORS retain ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, structure, workflow processes, and internal build methodologies.

10. Portfolio Use

We may request permission to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.

No client work will be publicly displayed without prior approval.

11. Limitation of Liability

ProLaunchKit and COLORS are not responsible for:

  • Business performance or revenue outcomes

  • Platform outages (Squarespace, Stripe, or other third parties)

  • Client modifications made after delivery

  • Third-party integrations outside scope

You are solely responsible for your business operations, compliance, and legal requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
